The successful candidate will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors within the Procurement Department.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $16.26 - $21.31

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the position.

Minimum Qualifications

Position requires a High School Diploma (or GED), supplemented with two (2) or more years of experience in general office operations including experience with public contact, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. Associate's Degree or some College preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines. Capable of coordinating and scheduling meetings, and maintaining a database. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Closing Date/Time:
